Led and Emceed community events, including cultural celebrations, awareness campaigns, and blood donation drives aimed at supporting and empowering migrant workers in Singapore.
Organized 20+ events over 8 years, including:
- Migrant Matter x Red Cross Blood Donation Drives (May 2024, Nov 2024, May 2025)
- SCDF “Responders Plus” Programme – coordinated sign-ups and training (Jun 2025)
- Migrant Matter Annual Gathering & BBQ Party 2025 – planned programme, logistics, and registration
- T-Shirt Design Campaigns and Wellness Polls to promote engagement among migrant communities
Facilitated mental health support, first-aid referrals, and peer counselling, particularly for newcomers to Singapore.
Acted as translator and interpreter, converting important safety, legal, and community information into Bengali for better accessibility.
Collaborated with SCDF, Singapore Red Cross, SISO Academy, and community champions to increase participation in civic training, such as CPR-AED, First Aid, and fire safety sessions.
Assisted with digital media content—designed social media posters, shot event videos, and created scripts for community dramas and outreach messages.
